White Tea - Pomegranate Juice Sunflower

Ingredients: White Tea with natural Sunflower flavor and natural Pomegranate Juice

White tea is made out of leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant same as black and green teas are processed from two leaves and a bud while white tea is made from the tiny bud at the tip of the leaf. Teas from Camellia Sinensis plant are considered to provide many health benefits to the drinkers because of the high concentration of flavonoids which are powerful antioxidants. Apparently the baby buds that make white tea has a higher concentration of these compounds than the leaves and buds which make black and green tea.

Brewing:
Hot Tea - Put 1 tea bag into a cup and add boiled water preferably at 80 -90C or 176-194F and brew for 2-3 minutes for desired strength.

Iced Tea - Brew 8 tea bags as in hot tea and pour on to ice for a quart of fresh iced Tea.
