Flour Mix for Waffles

Ingredients: superior grade wheat flour, egg powder, whey powder, wheat fiber, baking powder, citric acid, sugar and salt.

Better preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and stir in approx. 200ml (for heart shape waffles) or 250ml (for thin waffles) of lukewarm water and 160g melted butter or margarine (recommended fat not less than 80%). Stir well until you get the smooth paste. Fry in the preheated waffle tin until it has a nice, golden-brown colour. From freshly fried waffles it is possible to form a products of various forms. It's very delicious when served with soft whipped cream or evaporated milk and cream sauce.

Make 20-25 waffles out of 1 bag.
