Better preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and stir in 4.5 glasses of cold water. Mix well until smooth (as thick as cream). Fried thin dessert, crepes are used to roll or wrap cottage cheese, apple or any other fruit filling. Use jam, sour cream, whipped cream or hot chocolate for sauce.
