Ingredients: potato powder, highest quality wheat flour, modified potato starch, salt.

Better preparation: mixing pour slowly the contents of the package into 625ml of water, let the dough swell for 5-7 minutes. Make flat cakes out of the dough obtained, put some prepared stuffing in the center of each flat cake, mould them into “zeppelin” dumplings and cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. “Zeppelins” are served with a sour cream – and - butter or greaves – and - onion sauce.
